Weekend Eats: Stuffed Chicken Breasts
I recently made this and it was a hit! Found it on Tasty Kitchen. I suggest do your own stuffing, but I tried it both ways. The honey is the added secret to extra goodness. More than enough left overs for the fam. Try and post your results!
Ingredients:
- 6 whole Chicken Breasts With Skin
- 6 ounces, weight Cornbread Stuffing (1 Box)
- 1 whole Medium-sized Zucchini (or 2 Small Ones)
- 3 whole Apples
- 1 cup Or More Grated Swiss Cheese, To Taste
- Honey, To Drizzle Over The Chicken
